This study is a library-based research employing a sharia and juridical approach with a comparative method to identify similarities and differences in legal provisions. The data used are secondary data obtained from documents and relevant literature. The findings indicate that under Islamic Economic Law, wage deductions are permissible provided they are agreed upon in the employment contract and do not conflict with principles of Islamic justice. Wage deductions imposed unilaterally, unfairly, and without the consent of both parties are considered invalid. In Indonesian Positive Law, wage deductions are regulated by labor laws and are only allowed if explicitly stated in a written agreement for specific purposes. The researchers then used observation, interview, and documentation techniques to collect data. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with an approach of Sharia law, sociological, and normative juridical. Data was obtained from primary sources through interviews, observation, and documentation, as well as secondary sources in the form of documents, theses, and related journals. The research results indicate that non-performing loans are caused by an insufficiently selective customer analysis, suboptimal assistance and supervision, misuse of funds, business failure, and customer irresponsibility. The resolution of problem loans has not yet aligned with the principles of Sharia economic law due to actions taken outside official procedures that contradict the values of fairness and consent, and are more focused on achieving deposit targets. This mismatch in teaching styles causes students to feel bored, passive, and results in stagnant academic achievements. To respond to this crucial issue, this study applies a quantitative ex post facto design to precisely measure the leverage of digital content on student motivation. Through simple random sampling technique, 24 respondents from grades VII and VIII were selected as population representatives. Data collection instruments used Likert Scale questionnaires that passed validity and reliability tests, then analyzed using Simple Linear Regression via SPSS 26 after meeting normality and linearity prerequisite tests. Analysis results reveal strong empirical facts: technology in the classroom is not just an ornament, but a major determinant. The digital content usage score broke through the average of 84.54, running parallel to the surge in learning motivation at 87.50; both in the "Very High" category. A determination coefficient of 0.842 implies that 84.2% of student spirit fluctuations are driven by visual material quality, with the regression equation Y = 22.035 + 0.774X. This type of research is quantitative research using experimental methods and pedagogical approaches. Respondents in this study were grade VI students obtained using purposive sampling. The number of samples in grade VI was 13 students. For data collection, the author used test instruments, documentation and observation. By using descriptive data analysis using the t-test with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the study were seen from the paired sample test hypothesis test which obtained a sig. value of 0.000 &lt;0.05, with this, (H?) was accepted and (H?) was rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model significantly influenced the PAI learning outcomes of grade VI students at UPT SD Negeri Inpres 163 Bontopanno.
