PEMOTONGAN UPAH KARYAWAN SEBAGAI GANTI RUGI ATAS MINUS PENJUALAN PERSPEKTIF HUKUM EKONOMI SYARIAH DAN HUKUM POSITIF DI INDONESIA

The objectives of this study are: (1) to examine the perspective of Islamic Economic Law on employee wage deductions as compensation for sales shortages, and (2) to analyze the perspective of Indonesian Positive Law regarding employee wage deductions as compensation for sales shortages. This study is a library-based research employing a sharia and juridical approach with a comparative method to identify similarities and differences in legal provisions. The data used are secondary data obtained from documents and relevant literature. The findings indicate that under Islamic Economic Law, wage deductions are permissible provided they are agreed upon in the employment contract and do not conflict with principles of Islamic justice. Wage deductions imposed unilaterally, unfairly, and without the consent of both parties are considered invalid. In Indonesian Positive Law, wage deductions are regulated by labor laws and are only allowed if explicitly stated in a written agreement for specific purposes. Therefore, a binding agreement is required to ensure that wage deduction policies do not harm any party.

This study was conducted to discuss the application of Smart Board technology-based learning media to student learning motivation at the UPT SMAN 1 Takalar. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of Smart Board technology-based learning media at the UPT SMAN 1 Takalar and to determine its use in improving student learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at the UPT SMAN 1 Takalar. This study employed two approaches: a pedagogical approach and a psychological approach. The researchers then used observation, interview, and documentation techniques to collect data. The results of this study indicate that the use of Smart Board technology at the UPT SMAN 1 Takalar is a form of innovation that positively contributes to improving the quality of education. The use of Smart Board technology is intended to develop student potential by considering the differences in conditions and learning styles of each individual. This media can create a more engaging and interactive learning environment through various modern features such as images, animations, videos, and other supporting features, thereby making the learning process more effective and enjoyable. The implementation of Smart Board technology-based learning media can increase student motivation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This is demonstrated by the growing enthusiasm of students throughout the learning process, particularly through direct interaction with the media, such as answering quizzes and writing on the Smart Board

This study aims to: 1) Identify the factors causing non-performing loans among clients of the PNM Mekaar institution in Patani Village, 2) Examine the perspective of Islamic economic law on the resolution of non-performing loans among clients of the PNM Mekaar institution in Patani Village. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with an approach of Sharia law, sociological, and normative juridical. Data was obtained from primary sources through interviews, observation, and documentation, as well as secondary sources in the form of documents, theses, and related journals. The research results indicate that non-performing loans are caused by an insufficiently selective customer analysis, suboptimal assistance and supervision, misuse of funds, business failure, and customer irresponsibility. The resolution of problem loans has not yet aligned with the principles of Sharia economic law due to actions taken outside official procedures that contradict the values of fairness and consent, and are more focused on achieving deposit targets. The research implications include: 1) For PNM Mekaar, it is necessary to improve internal systems and provide leniency for customers experiencing difficulties. 2) For customers, it is expected that they use credit funds more wisely and understand their debt repayment obligations.

PENGARUH KONTEN DIGITAL DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM TERHADAP MOTIVASI PESERTA DIDIK DI SMP NEGERI 4 TAKALAR

The gap in learning interest among digital native students towards Islamic Religious Education (PAI) materials at SMP Negeri 4 Takalar is widening due to the dominance of monotonous conventional teaching methods. This mismatch in teaching styles causes students to feel bored, passive, and results in stagnant academic achievements. To respond to this crucial issue, this study applies a quantitative ex post facto design to precisely measure the leverage of digital content on student motivation. Through simple random sampling technique, 24 respondents from grades VII and VIII were selected as population representatives. Data collection instruments used Likert Scale questionnaires that passed validity and reliability tests, then analyzed using Simple Linear Regression via SPSS 26 after meeting normality and linearity prerequisite tests. Analysis results reveal strong empirical facts: technology in the classroom is not just an ornament, but a major determinant. The digital content usage score broke through the average of 84.54, running parallel to the surge in learning motivation at 87.50; both in the "Very High" category. A determination coefficient of 0.842 implies that 84.2% of student spirit fluctuations are driven by visual material quality, with the regression equation Y = 22.035 + 0.774X. This significance is locked by the t-count value (10.843) exceeding the t-table, confirming that transforming teachers into digital content creators is an absolute solution to restore student learning passion..

Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament Terhadap Hasil Belajar PAI Peserta Didik di UPT SD Negeri Inpres 163 Bontopanno Desa Paddinging

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the Teams Games Tournament learning model on the learning outcomes of students in grade VI of UPT SD Negeri Inpres 163 Bontopanno. This type of research is quantitative research using experimental methods and pedagogical approaches. Respondents in this study were grade VI students obtained using purposive sampling. The number of samples in grade VI was 13 students. For data collection, the author used test instruments, documentation and observation. By using descriptive data analysis using the t-test with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the study were seen from the paired sample test hypothesis test which obtained a sig. value of 0.000 <0.05, with this, (H?) was accepted and (H?) was rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model significantly influenced the PAI learning outcomes of grade VI students at UPT SD Negeri Inpres 163 Bontopanno. Thus, the Teams Games Tournament model has proven to be effective and suitable for implementation as a learning strategy that can improve students' understanding and learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects.
